Advertising Operations Analyst

Your primary objective will be to cultivate strong relationships with these advertisers, providing them with training and ongoing strategic guidance to maximize their retail media investments. You'll also be responsible for building, implementing, and regularly evaluating processes and platforms in conjunction with other teams.Platform Troubleshooting (15%): Analyze and resolve any technological, operational, or other issues with our platforms, proposing innovative solutions that align with business objectives.Direct Manager/Direct Reports: This position will report to the Manager of Sales Support and does not have any direct reports. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to analyze financial documentation accurately.Demonstrated project management skills.Ability to communicate complex or technical ideas in simple terms to diverse audiences.Experience in negotiating and resolving conflicts with internal and external customers.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in Digital Media, particularly in retail, e-commerce, and on-site advertising products is preferred.Familiarity with major digital platforms like Facebook and YouTube, along with newer or niche platforms.Agency or brand marketing experience and account management experience are advantageous.Experience with retail websites, e-commerce, and analytics.Marketing/ad tech experience is highly desirable.A solid understanding of digital marketing technicalities like website analytics, audience targeting, data feeds, and tracking codes.A proven background working with major consumer brands and adeptness in providing support.Exhibition of professionalism when interfacing with business professionals.Minimum Education: A high school diploma and/or GED.
