About The Role M-F 8:30am–4:30pm (hybrid in office/remote) As an Advertising Operations Coordinator at KOAM, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and operations teams by ensuring the accurate scheduling and execution of advertising campaigns. KOAM is owned by Morgan Murphy Media, family‑owned and operated since its founding in 1890. Own the commercial creative/assets workflow: receive instructions, track versions, confirm specs/lengths, and ensure everything is ready by deadline. Coordinate schedule and format changes as needed and communicate clear options/impacts to Sales and operations teams. Partner with Master Control/Programming/Operations to troubleshoot and prevent missed/incorrect airs.
