Ad Operations and Sales Analytics support Discord's Ads business by partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Quest campaign executions and impactful data insights. The Ad Ops team ensures seamless launch and execution of all Quest campaigns, while Sales Analytics equips Sales teams with reporting and insights through scalable dashboards and custom analyses that demonstrate Quest value to advertisers. What you'll be doing: • Working closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to understand client needs and objectives, and synthesize them into effective campaigns • Ensuring accurate implementation of campaign parameters – including dates, targeting, tracking, impression/reach goals, geographies and budget level • Working cross-functionally with Account Managers and technical teams to determine best way to optimize campaign outcomes and maximize ROI for clients – including technical troubleshooting and problem solving as well A/B testing of messaging, creative, targeting • Synthesizing campaign performance insights for internal stakeholders and clients that summarize campaign performance, trends, ROI, as well as actionable recommendations.
