A company is looking for an Advertising Operations Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities Own the launch, pacing, and optimization of campaigns for assigned customers Place and manage video campaigns across multiple platforms including DSPs, YouTube, and Meta Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to align digital programs with customer goals Required Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience in the political vertical within at least one DSP Ability to operate independently and take ownership of issues Proven ability to analyze data and extract insights from reporting suites and dashboards Experience mentoring less experienced team members Willingness to work late hours and weekends during high-profile campaigns
