Your efforts will help streamline workflows and support teams in delivering effective advertising solutions for clients, making a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business results. • Coordinate accurate and timely entry of advertising orders across Spectrum's network • Communicate advertising operations functions and capabilities to internal and external customers • Monitor ad schedules and exception reports, collaborating with Account Executives to recover lost revenue • Track client tapes and maintain records for both paperwork and electronic orders using Spectrum's traffic system • Assist Account Executives, Sales Management and technical staff in diagnosing schedule delivery issues • Ensure correct application of advertising copy to all orders in partnership with Account Executives Learn about Life at Spectrum.
