Advertising Operations Specialist

LBM Journal is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Advertising Operations Specialist to manage ad trafficking, campaign execution, and client reporting across our print and digital platforms. This role is critical to ensuring our advertising campaigns run smoothly—from order entry through reporting and invoicing. You’ll work closely with sales, clients, and production to deliver a seamless experience and strong results for our advertisers. Experience in advertising operations, ad trafficking, or campaign managementFamiliarity with Ad Orbit, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRM/ad platforms (preferred)Strong Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and data accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication skills for working with clients and internal teamsAbility to learn new systems quickly and manage multiple deadlinesPay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour What systems or tools have you used, and what was your role in the process?Tell us about a time you had to manage multiple deadlines or projects at once.
