Position: Advertising Operations Specialist II (Vin Solutions) SummaryThe Advertising Operations Specialist II is the execution engine behind AMP's multi-channel marketing delivery. You will partner directly with Client Relationship Managers to build, QA, launch, and optimize campaigns across Email, Text/SMS, Direct Mail, Social Advertising, and more - powering measurable outcomes for automotive dealership clients across the country.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, takes ownership of their work, and wants to grow inside a fast-moving, high-visibility team at Vin Solutions - a Cox Automotive brand.This is a fully remote role - Schedule is Monday-Friday day shift hours based on local time zone.What You'll Do Campaign Execution and QualityBuild and QA marketing campaign target audiences, email templates, direct mail content, text marketing templates, and other digital marketing assetsLaunch campaigns inside the Vin Solutions Automotive Marketing Platform (AMP), maintaining accuracy and timeliness across all channel deliverablesQA completed graphic design work and coordinate dealer customer approvalsProcess and execute assigned task work efficiently, meeting timelines agreed upon with supported CRM team membersCross-Functional CollaborationWork alongside Client Relationship Managers and the AMP Product Team to implement campaigns on behalf of automotive dealership clientsCoordinate with other Managed Services teams to fulfill client campaign needsSupport the collection, distribution, and execution of task work for AMP Managed Services clientsClient Interaction and GrowthAs you build proficiency, take on limited client communication (written and verbal) to support campaign updates and approvalsParticipate in trainings, workshops, and platform updates as assignedDemonstrate initiative to expand responsibilities as performance is provenQualifications Minimum-High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience;OR 5 years' experience in a related fieldProven customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication (English required)Proficient in computer troubleshooting; comfortable learning proprietary platforms with on-the-job trainingFamiliarity with web-based technologies and systems; Windows OS knowledge requiredStrong technical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsExceptional organization, professionalism, and time managementExperience managing projects or processes within a team environmentProficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and VisioDemonstrated ability to prioritize, self-direct, and deliver in a fast-paced environmentPreferred-Bachelor's degree preferredHands-on experience with email, text/SMS, or direct mail campaign executionAutomotive service marketing background is a significant plusFamiliarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Mautic, Vin Solutions, or similar)Current experience with Cox Automotive (CAI) Managed ServicesCompensationHourly pay rate is in the range of $18.17 - $27.31/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
