This role is aligned at key stakeholder & execution levels, building strong relationships to help customers progress on their digital journey with Hyperlocology. Analyzing customer performance data and building executable, cross-channel strategies to grow their revenue and reachPartner with CSM to understand their brand goals, assess their capabilities and provide recommendations to help them accelerate their business and technology objectivesDevelop an understanding and knowledge of customer’s channel strategies, and guidebest practices with our productProactively identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals and work to build a risk mitigation planDeliver business value and innovation to a customer’s business by understanding our customers’ key business challengesWork collaboratively with the account team and HYP executives across the organization, effectively network within accounts from the Executive-Level down, in order to help customers achieve their objectivesAct as the liaison between Product and the Customer with a focus on feature collaboration and communicating the feature roadmaps in a balanced “one-versus-many” approach required by the SaaS modelCollaborate with customer’s relevant partners to achieve overall satisfaction with the solution and to create a trusted three way partnership between customer, partner, and HYP\Coaching the next generation of HYP Strategists on platform technologies and strategiesEnsuring customer satisfaction, growth and retention within customer portfolio Email us at [email protected]
