Advertising Operations Specialist

The Avoya Advertising Operations Specialist will play a key role in fostering the relationships between Avoya’s rapidly growing Media Solutions Team and key supplier partners. - Lead day-to-day operations of Media Solutions Programs - Manage day-to-day Ad Manager platform - Lead regular meetings amongst internal teams while implementing new project status reports and systems - Compile regular reporting for partners and clearly communicate progress and performance - Maintaining and fulfilling the contractual duties - Work with internal teams to ensure timely invoicing and payment (Accounting and Strategic Partnerships) - Make regular recommendations for placement optimizations - Assist with building and maintaining strong supplier partnerships - Ensure available media inventory is up to date - Work with product and technology teams to implement new website placements - Seek new publisher opportunities both inside the Avoya platform and externally - Work with internal departments (Creative Services and other Marketing Teams) to create up-to-date proposals for supplier partners - Perform other duties as assigned by management or as may be necessary Sounds Like A Good Fit… What It Takes To Be Successful… Perks and Benefits we offer… RevAgency, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to working with and providing reasonable
