Requirements and Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a B.A./B.S. in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent training or experience. You should have 3-5 years of digital marketing, sales, and/or account management experience, with a strong understanding of digital performance metrics, high attention to detail, strong analytical skills, ability to collaborate cross-functionally, think strategically, and act tactically. You should also have intermediate level Excel skills, basic proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications, positive attitude, ability to work under tight time restrictions, good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to uphold and evangelize Meredith core culture values and the Meredith brand values in everyday responsibilities.
