Advertising Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities This hybrid role involves working closely with Cox Media's field sales and strategy team, customers, and internal fulfillment teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Some key responsibilities include: • Facilitating the accurate and timely processing of digital advertising campaigns • Coordinating with various departments to ensure the fulfillment of client requirements and delivery of advertising materials • Collaborating with the sales and creative teams to ensure that campaigns align with client objectives and KPIs This role requires the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment, as well as reason, troubleshoot, and problem-solve effectively.
