Advertising Optimization Specialist

Spectrum Reach’s Customer Experience team is a high-performing culture that plays an essential role in delivering cutting-edge advertising solutions to our clients. As an essential team member supporting our clients and ensuring high quality customer experience, this position is responsible for optimizing linear and digital advertising campaigns by providing effective pacing, makegoods and overall performance of each campaign for the Spectrum Reach clients. Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceAccurately produce high quality advertising schedules in a timely mannerProcess verifications including importing, force matching, spot dropping and appropriate reportingEngage with automation systems to support workflowsReview campaigns to ensure that all necessary paperwork is submitted for cross functional teams.Work cross functionally to ensure correct fulfillment of client campaigns.Manage campaigns effectively, revise and review inventory appropriately.Responsible for makegoods for all accounts.Monitor accounts and review with Account Specialist and Yield & Inventory if campaigns are not delivering.Effectively communicate with leadership team on client campaign status.Communicate with clients or Account Executive as needed to gain information to run schedules efficiently.Work proactively with Ad Operations to understand advanced advertising campaign pacing and adjust as appropriate.Work seamlessly between linear and digital campaigns while maintaining a high-quality customer experienceEnsure full stewardship of key clients Work effectively within the assigned team to support workflow gaps, employee gaps or technology gapsProvide effective updates to sales and other appropriate parties of any at risk campaignsMonitor the scheduling, pacing and implementation of all advertising campaigns to ensure full delivery of all campaignsPerform other duties as requested.
