The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, solid PC proficiency, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high attention to detail are essential. They will communicate rates, specs, impressions, availability, and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders, and provide market-specific information such as date options, zoning and zip code details, circulation projections, digital specs, special sections, and more. This role requires coordinating with Sales, Finance, Pagination, and Production to confirm contracted rates, release ads, enter late ads, process client requests, fulfill affidavits, pull tear sheets, locate missing inserts, and upload digital creative. The APM will routinely work in multiple systems simultaneously to review, order, track, and upload insertion orders and related creative.
