Advertising Planning Manager

The APM will routinely work in multiple systems simultaneously to review, order, track, and upload insertion orders and related creative. Job Requirements & Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of three (3) years of equivalent work experience • Previous experience managing ROP, Preprint, and Digital order entry • Familiarity with newspaper terminology • Strong accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support team and department objectives; cross-training within the department is required • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and make independent decisions within established guidelines • Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and accountable, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Must meet daily and weekly deadlines • Experience with Phoenix, AdBase, Naviga, Affinity, Portal, and DOMO is a plus • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and general PC usage Our benefit program includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, company provided life insurance and supplemental life insurance.
