Assists with daily communications with Departmental staff and advertising sales representatives on advertising contained in each magazine, each issue (for example, copy approval preparation, complete and accurate rundowns, regional/remnant advertisements, supplied inserts, etc. Assists with the processing of all digital files for advertisements by the Production staff, and transfers finished files to design staff for inclusion in the magazines. Communicate with advertising sales representatives on policy matters and operating procedures for related advertising functions. Backs up the Sr. Production Operations Coordinator as required. One to three years of experience in advertising and/or print production is required.
