The role oversees external agency management, provides full budget oversight for assigned programs, and ensures high quality execution of campaigns. Includes program management, campaign measurement, ongoing optimizations, and reporting.Collaborate with colleagues across departments, divisions, and service line leaders to understand campaign goals and strategies, ensuring alignment and contributing as an advertising subject matter expert.Manage agency partners in the development and guidance of advertising strategy, media plans, messaging, creative development, and other components of comprehensive campaigns.Evaluate, monitor, and communicate advertising campaign results and effectiveness.Develop presentations, lead and participate in cross‑functional teams, manage projects and reporting for various stakeholders, and coordinate market research to support program plans.Provide direction to internal resources.Work closely with teams within Marketing and division‑wide committees to ensure promotion and protection of the MD Anderson brand, while monitoring tracking and analytics for all programs.Project Management & PlanningDetermine and manage marketing and advertising needs and lead associated initiatives.Evaluate new media and marketing proposals based on institutional priorities, marketing objectives, market data, and emerging trends.Oversee agency partners in developing scopes of work, timelines, and key deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Implement and uphold MD Anderson brand standards and messaging guidelines.
