Advertising Project Manager

Quench, a subsidiary of Pavone Group, is a full service marketing and advertising agency that focuses exclusively on the food and beverage industry. We are currently looking for an ambitious and buttoned-up Project Manager to join the team. Job Duties/Responsibilities • Works with project management and operations leadership to enhance process and efficiency across all teams • Works with project teams to determine project activities and tasks to establish realistic timelines • Independently manages project scope, budgets, and timelines of assigned projects • Resolves conflicts between team members and project managers without involvement of senior leadership • Monitors and shares project status, progress, and deliverables with all key project stakeholders • Develops and manages project scope, budgets, and timelines • Monitors potential areas of concern, mitigate risk, control scope, and work toward solutions with project teams when issues arise • Ensures profitable projects by supporting project estimation, scoping, and planning during business development. • Effectively manages direct reports (if applicable)
