Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Advertising Analyst to review and assess advertising submissions, social media activity, research policies and collaborate with departments to ensure compliance with evolving laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Main Responsibilities: • Reviewing and disposing of advertising submissions and social media content • Maintaining records of advertising reviews and approvals • Conducting research on state and FINRA filing requirements • Communicating with states or regulatory bodies on objections received • Providing input on compliance-related topics to representatives Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years' experience required • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint • Aptitude for effective communication in writing and conversation
