Advertising Representative

Sales Position Overview \ We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving advertising revenue and meeting sales goals. Key Responsibilities: \ \ • Achieve sales goals through new business development and account growth.\ • Meet with clients to understand their business needs and goals.\ • Collaborate with colleagues to design custom advertising solutions.\ • Present solutions to clients and negotiate deals.\ • Further client relationships through retention and upselling.\ • Review campaign results and adjust strategies accordingly.\ \ Requirements: \ \ • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\ • 5-7 years of experience in media and/or digital marketing sales.\ • Proven success in increasing sales using a needs-based approach.\ • Digital advertising experience is a plus.\ • Strong negotiation and closing skills.\ • Ability to build rapport and confidence with clients.\ • Excellent communication and presentation skills.\ • Self-motivation and resilience.\ • CRM software experience, preferably Salesforce.\ • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially PowerPoint and Excel.\
