Position Summary The Advertising Sales & Sponsorship Specialist is responsible for growing BBB’s non-dues revenue through digital advertising and sponsorship sales. Every member of our team strives to exemplify our values and behaviors as a brand ambassador for the BBB of Central New England. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to grow our advertising client base - Lead strategic consultative calls with newly Accredited Businesses to understand their goals and challenges - Prepare proposals, sponsorship decks, and advertising recommendations for prospective clients - Design and present customized digital advertising solutions that deliver measurable results - Utilize AI-powered tools for lead generation and client insights - Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account management - Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline tracking, and client records within CRM systems - Monitor campaign performance and optimize client results - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and retention - Support advertiser renewals and identify upsell opportunities - Stay ahead of digital advertising trends and best practices - Build long-term relationships with advertisers - Attend BBB events and represent BBB at community events appropriately, as requested - Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual advertising and sponsorship revenue goals. - Achieve established client retention and renewal goals through proactive account management and client engagement.
