Advertising Account Executives El Especialito, the largest and most successful publishing company of weekly newspapers in New York and New Jersey is looking for Account Executives to sell display advertising to new and existing accounts.ADVERTISING SALES ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prospect, contact and close new advertisers • Working directly with clients to develop nurture relationships to understand their advertising needs • Prospect specific opportunities for larger sales team initiatives • Timely and accurate tracking of all sales activity in CRM • Manage customer relationships • Goal oriented, persuasive, persistent and hard worker • Excellent organizational, written & verbal communications skills and can interact effectively with wide range of people • Experience with outbound sales, cold calling • A self-motivated individual able to work independently and as a part of a team • Have a keen attention to detail • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • At least 1-2 years of sales experience preferred • Use of a car and a valid driver's license • Bilingual (Spanish a plus) • Base salary, plus commission • Performance-based bonuses • Paid vacation Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $605.00 per week
