We are looking to add a Sales & Office Assistant to our Eastern Iowa Publications team, serving The North Scott Press (Eldridge) & The Advocate News (Wilton, Durant and West Liberty).

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and creative individual who enjoys helping small businesses grow through effective local advertising. In this role, you’ll assist with inside and outside sales, provide in-office customer service, and help design and coordinate advertising campaigns for our community newspapers.

What we’re looking for:

- Enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated individual with previous outside sales experience.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficient with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Media or newspaper experience is a plus
