We are seeking applicants who are highly motivated, collaborative, personable with excellent communication, computer and organizational skills to join our team and represent a family of Oregon's most popular travel and tourism publications, websites, and E-newsletters. One of the main responsibilities of this position is to be the liaison between the advertising account executives, the advertising clients, and the production department. • On a daily basis you will interact with a broad range of clients collecting ad materials for multiple print guides and digital channels. You will be responsible to initiate the outreach to clients based on project schedules, send reminders to the clients and ensure the ad materials are received on time. MEDIAmerica staff work remotely with the option of meetings or scheduling workdays in our field office as needed.
