Advertising Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities • Master our product line • Prepare proposals, sales materials, and reports as needed by our outside sales team • Conduct research for the industries of prospective clients • Assist sales team with customer support, including face to face interaction with clients to drop ad samples, get artwork revisions, manage client relations • Collaborate with sales team and clients and communicate artwork and content ideas - Creative mind a plus! • Set appointments for sales team • Assist sales team with accounts receivables and collections • Strict adherence to deadlines Job Requirements • Motivated, extremely organized team player • Must possess a proactive approach to problem solving. We are looking for someone who is always a step ahead. • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Experience in Microsoft Word/Excel/Gmail/Google Docs/PowerPoint a plus • Excellent verbal and written skills • Ability to learn new programs such as a CRM system and other cloud-based systems • Understanding of digital, social media, and print marketing a plus • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
