Location: New York, NY (currently hybrid with up to 50% remote)

Your mission in the Ad Sales team:
At TouchTunes, your work matters, The Advertising Sales Coordinator is a key member of the Ad Sales team and will partner cross-functionally across our Marketing, Music, Product and Tech teams. This role supports our Advertising team by handling pre- and post-sales administrative tasks, producing sales materials, and assisting with reporting and performance tracking. This role is perfect for early career professionals who want to break into and develop a wide range of skillsets across media.

Your day-to-day:
Ad Campaign Management:
• Creating and owning Media Plans, location lists, and revisions from start to finish for
sales team.
• Manage the end-to-end Proof-of-Play (POP) process, from initial requests from
sales/agencies/brands, to creating mockups and live shots, and/or coordination with photographers.
Client and Team Coordination:
• Assist with outbound sales requests, such as preparing sales materials (decks, onepagers, spec sheets, etc.), managing leads, and compiling venue lists.
• Organize, track, and maintain sales materials, team files, and accurate records for audit purposes on team Sharepoint.
• Maintain and update CRM database for templates, contact sourcing, and outreach
efforts.
• Coordinate logistics as needed for internal and external client meetings and events.
• Process and manage team charges and expense reports as needed.


Your profile:
• 1-3 years of experience in advertising, communications, media agency/ operations or related fields
• Basic understanding of calculations used in media plans, planning, and reporting
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at the same time
• Ability to work as a self-starter, both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
