Responsibilities include: - Supporting advertising reps and sales manager with print and digital advertising proofing/approvals - Invoicing - Processing digital and print insertion orders - Implementing ad order input within order entry system - Generating reports for sales, production, and management teams - Manages the creation and production for sales and marketing tools for sales team - Maintains client advertising schedules - Updates and maintains production calendar schedule for all special sections and publications - Oversees e-Commerce site with sales and distribution - Coordinates special section advertising with sales consultants - Coordinates house ads with production dept. The prime candidate has excellent project management skills and problems solving abilities; works well in a team environment; functions at a high level on deadlines; is able to multi-task and prioritize; and is capable of learning processes and programs unique to the advertising industry. This is a part-time position. Once training is complete, the job can be performed either in-office or remotely, or a mix of the two.
