Advertising Sales Executive

Drive Sales Growth SalesFirst Recruiting is seeking a results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team in Phoenix, AZ, and Tucson, AZ. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and exceeding revenue goals. Key Responsibilities: • Drive new business acquisition through proactive prospecting and networking • Manage and grow an assigned book of business while prioritizing new logo sales • Develop strategic advertising campaigns tailored to client needs • Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on high-value deals • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring long-term client retention Requirements: • 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience (advertising/media sales preferred) • Proven success in closing deals and generating new business • Established relationships with local businesses and key decision-makers • Strong presentation and negotiation skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel locally
