This role blends advertising sales, client care, and office coordination. What You’ll Do Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community partners Manage a mix of inside (phone/email) and outside (in-person) advertising sales Grow and care for an active client list, with a focus on long-term partnerships Collaborate with clients and our Art Director to create effective, polished ads Help coordinate timelines, materials, and communication for each publication cycle Support overall office operations to keep things running smoothly What We’re Looking For Naturally curious about people and enjoys connecting A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and taking initiative Strong communicator with a relationship-first mindset Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable interacting with a wide range of clients, including established and high- profile individuals At ease working in an Apple/Mac-based environment Why Desert Leaf We’re a small, collaborative team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the relationships behind it.
