We are seeking an Advertising Sales Executive to join our sales team and help expand our reach across an assigned territory. Base salary of $42,250 plus uncapped commission Typical first-year earnings range from $60,000 to $65,000 Established sales representatives average approximately $90,000 annually, based on performance High-performing representatives in established territories have the opportunity to earn six-figure incomes Field-based role with home office and customer-facing work throughout the territory Approximately 40% overnight travel required Benefits eligibility begins the first of the month following employment As an Advertising Sales Executive at LPi, you will sell digital and print advertising solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within an assigned book of business. You will manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close and ongoing account management, working with local business owners to help them reach their communities. Sell digital and print advertising solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within an assigned territory Generate new business through high-volume outbound calls, referrals, and relationship-building Build and manage an active sales pipeline in Salesforce Develop strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for account growth Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing and ongoing account support Use company-provided technology and sales tools to track activity and achieve performance goals
