In this position, you will be responsible for new business development in our Naples/Bonita Springs, FL territory for the purpose of growing our media platforms for our monthly outdoor publication that currently reaches over 3+ million monthly subscribers nationwide. Position main focus: - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand awareness to drive new sales opportunities calling on business owners and decision makers within assigned territory - Manage your clients advertising campaigns across our digital, print, video, and social media platforms - Network with various groups/events/industry shows to further develop brand awareness and generate home grown leads - Oversee your clients advertising materials, design, ad layout, making adjustments as needed to ensure client retention - Manage positive relationships with customers Experience needed to be successful: - Proven sales experience preferably in advertising, outside sales, cold-calling - Knowledge of the sales process from opening new doors, building rapport, educating prospects on new product offerings, closing new sales, follow-up customer service - Proficient in marketing automation tools and platforms; word, excel, etc. If you are an energetic outgoing creative thinker with a passion for outside sales and new business development, we would love to hear from you. 1st year earnings average 75-90k and years 2+ 100k+.
