Outbound Sales Manager (Inside Sales / Telemarketing) Company: Schneps Media Support Sales: Listen in and get on calls with the sales team to support closing sales. Multi-Platform Selling: Guide the team in pitching integrated campaigns that leverage our diverse portfolio (newspapers, magazines, digital display, social media, podcasts, and live event sponsorships). Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales management, specifically leading inside sales or telemarketing teams (media or advertising sales experience is a major plus). The base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $110,000, commensurate with experience, plus an uncapped performance bonus structured to yield an estimated year-one OTE of $140,000+.
