Position Summary:

Lead and manage a team of sales representatives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Ensure diligent use of CRM to track all activities and forecasts.
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications and Expertise:

Experience in B2B Sales, Advertising Sales, or similar roles preferred.
Proven track record of successful sales management.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
High personal integrity and character.
Outgoing personality and ability to create rapport with clients.
