Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for building relationships and growing business opportunities? ARRL, The National Association for Amateur Radio, is seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Manager to lead advertising and sponsorship sales across our print and digital media platforms. In this role, you'll cultivate relationships with existing advertisers, develop new business opportunities, create customized advertising solutions, and help organizations connect with ARRL's highly engaged amateur radio community.
As a key member of our Marketing and Innovation team, you'll manage advertising sales operations, develop compelling proposals and sponsorship packages, analyze market trends and revenue performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution. You'll also represent ARRL at industry and amateur radio events, helping expand our advertising partnerships and strengthen our market presence.
