Advertising Sales Representative

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities: Serves customers by selling advertising space and meeting customer needs for highly visible monthly magazine distributed throughout the territory and bordering towns. Reports to: Publisher/Office Manager Sales Representative Job Duties: • Obtains ad placement orders, services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients. • Adjusts content of ads as suggested by the client or by studying the type of sales trend or trade factors. Once ads are finalized, fifteen percent of the total ad sales for that month is calculated. The first half is paid on the 15th of the month, and the remainder is paid at the end of that month.
