Be Coachable RTN Compensation; $52K fixed incentive, comprised of a $32K annual salary (pays weekly) $20K in additional opportunity to earn a minimal of $200 a week in bonus money, this can be more but that will be up to the sales representative additional weekly, monthly and quarterly bonuses a cash collected bonus a gas allowance and uncapped commissions. The average RTN sales representative earns $75K to $85 annually and RTN top performers are earning $90K to $100k per year. Field Representatives are paid what they earn in high commissions and bonuses a salary. Company paid life insurance.
