Job requirements: 1 to 3 years of B2B outside sales experience Must memorize the RTN presentation (earns a $250.00 bonus) Be Coachable Strong Closing Skills Professional phone skillsHas Reliable transportation Driver's license Auto insurance Daily responsibilities: Be in the assigned market during business hours (8:30 am to 5:30pm) Prospect for leads in the assigned area.Make the dials necessary to set F2F appointments (average 75 daily) RTN Compensation ; $52K fixed incentive, comprised of a $32K annual salary (pays weekly) + $20K in additional opportunity to earn a minimal of $200 a week in bonus money, this can be more but that will be up to the sales representative + additional weekly, monthly and quarterly bonuses + a cash collected bonus + a gas allowance and uncapped commissions.
