1 to 3 years of B2B outside sales experience RTN Compensation; $52K fixed incentive, comprised of a$32K annual salary (pays weekly) + $20K in additional opportunity to earn a minimal of $200 a week in bonus money, this can be more but that will be up to the sales representative + additional weekly, monthly and quarterly bonuses + a cash collected bonus + a gas allowance and uncapped commissions. The average RTN sales representative earns $75K to $85 annually and RTN top performers are earning $90K to $100k + per year.
