Expectations/Responsibilities: • Managing sales pipeline with 100% emphasis on developing new business opportunities, both over the phone and in person • Robust lead generation tool, accumulated leads, and responsible to balance accounts • Digital advertising – can be sold to any category of business • Monthly publications • SaveOn sells to local business (restaurants, salons, automotive, retail, mailing monthly) • HomePros only sells to home services (home improvement companies, mailing monthly) • Managing the relationships and work with the administration team • The candidate will have a track record achieving sales goals, and thrive on selling and winning • The candidate will maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors • The candidate will maintain the CRM database • The candidate will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies • All other duties assigned as required • The candidate must know about print and digital advertising and prior sales experience • The candidate must have strong negotiation and closing skills over the phone, excellent organization, and reasoning skills.
