Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Harrisburg, PA, for an Advertising Sales Representative. The individual in this role will manage existing client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include contacting potential advertisers, consulting with businesses to recommend tailored advertising solutions, negotiating contracts, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The position may also involve collaborating with the marketing team and participating in training sessions to stay current on industry trends and products.

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address their advertising needsProven Sales and Marketing experience, including the ability to analyze market trends and close dealsExperience in Training or educating clients/staff about advertising services and product solutions is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in relationship building and business developmentPrior experience in media advertising or a similar role is advantageous
