The remaining 20% of your time will be focused on sales enablement, working closely with our existing sales team to enhance their skills, optimize processes, and provide them with the tools they need to succeed.Responsibilities 80% Sales Growth • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, utilizing tools like Zoom Info to build targeted prospect lists. • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness, particularly as they relate to our HubSpot, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo workflows. • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise in using HubSpot CRM, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo for prospecting, outreach, pipeline management, and reporting. • Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic approaches to sales and team development.
