After training, you will: Assist advertising sales reps with customer contact, actively using resources to assist in new business prospecting Coordinate data and market research for assembling of presentations and sales proposals Conduct rate call back-up as needed Order & process digital & print advertising Other sales support duties as needed An excellent communicator both verbally & in professional documents Detail oriented & organized, ability to organize, plan, prioritize and reprioritize workload effectively, proficient Intermediate or higher level MS Office Suite products (Excel, Word, Power Point) Posses business knowledge of overall media/advertising with emphasis on print and digital advertising preferred Someone who takes initiative to collaborate with team to contribute to revenue generation & enjoys working in a team environment. This is an hourly paid, Full Time position during the 12 week Internship period.
