The Advertising Services Executive leads the creative team and works with other station departments to create and develop advertising product for clients. • Manages commercial production, promotional content, and CTV/digital content • Plans and manages staffing, training, and performance evaluations for the Creative Team • Works with Sales Department personnel to ensure client needs are met • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Mass Communications, or a related field • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written • Minimum five years' experience in Linear & Digital creative media production, with at least two years' experience in a leadership role
