BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, in person college/university Minimum of two or more years of digital advertising sales or account management experience Minimum of two or more years of experience using the Microsoft Office suite of applications Minimum of one year of experience with online advertising technology (ad tags, etc), and specifically DFP & Google Analytics Minimum of one year of experience working in Salesforce or an equivalent customer management system A track record of commitment to prior employers PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Franchising experience High energy, a strong desire to achieve top results and a positive "can-do" attitude Self-starter who is innately curious with an entrepreneurial orientation Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high-growth company Ability to collaborate closely with teammates and other departments (marketing, operations, engineering) What's In It For You?
