Key Responsibilities: • Proactively manage customer relationships through phone calls, emails, and video conferencing • Work with customers to build brand awareness and increase their usage and advertising spend on the platform • Own the full sales cycle from identifying growth opportunities to closing increased commitments with small to mid-size businesses • Use data to manage, review, and report on pipeline to manager each week, which includes a forecast and plan to achieve targets • Attain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and revenue targets • Conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored advertising solutions to clients • Build and manage both internal MarketStar team and external client counterpart relationships • Prepare and run regularly scheduled performance reviews monthly/quarterly/yearly with internal MarketStar peers and leadership • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process • Internally and externally provide customer sentiment insights including product feedback, key industry learnings, etc • Adhere to advertising policies and guidelines and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
