Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year About the Role The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in advertising and consumer protection law, and be proficient in drafting and negotiating agreements related to ad agencies, influencers, celebrity endorsements, sponsorships, online media buying, and marketing promotions. • Drafting and negotiating agreements related to ad agencies, influencers, celebrity endorsements, sponsorships, online media buying, and marketing promotions • Reviewing ad copy for false advertising, claim substantiation, intellectual property, and right of publicity issues • Counseling on compliance for contests, sweepstakes, price advertising, and subscription programs • Advising on loyalty/rewards programs Experience in false advertising, unfair competition, and National Advertising Division disputes is a plus but not required.
