Advertising Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will conduct both qualitative and quantitative customer research to gain deep insights into human behaviors and preferences. You will develop and visualize user journeys and digital experiences, utilizing trend analysis and prototypes to set industry benchmarks and inspire innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Assist management in determining goals and creating unique and custom-made advertising campaigns • Develop tailor-fit multimedia advertising and marketing strategies to strengthen the company's online presence • Oversee creation and design of exclusive advertising and marketing strategies aiming to get maximum interest from potential consumers • Apply critical marketing techniques and advertising campaigns, and create communication methods to promote services to the public • Finalize content articles and pages which are in line with brand goals • Consult on any improvements in content placement and usage to maximize audience satisfaction • Gather market research and knowledge of trending topics to ensure up-to-date ad management and ad serving technologies (DFP and AdX) • Coordinate public events such as product launches, networking events, and trade shows to promote services or products • Work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines • Listen to customers' requests and understand their needs • Propose marketing plans that meet the needs of clients • Collect and analyze various data such as daily ad accesses, search keywords, etc. • Track and analyze effectiveness and create marketing reports for clients • Propose improvement plans based on the analysis Required Skills and Qualifications: • Content Oversight (Hard Skills) • Brand Assessment (Hard Skills) • Market Research (Hard Skills) • Event Coordination (Soft Skills) • Project Management (Soft Skills) • Customer Needs Analysis (Soft Skills) • Campaign Management (Hard Skills) • Data Analysis and Reporting (Hard Skills)
