Qualifications • 2-5 years of experience in advertising, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field • Deep understanding of advertising channels and tools, including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords, display, search, video, and email marketing • Ability to develop creative strategies, including copywriting and design, and execute advertising campaigns from start to finish • Strong project management skills and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple campaigns at once • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for future improvements • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills • Passion for wrestling and sports entertainment is a plus
