ADVERTISING SPECIALIST

At Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, we're seeking a passionate and driven Advertising Specialist to shape and execute our dynamic marketing initiatives. Coordinate visual content and off-property advertising: Lead photo shoots for marketing materials and manage all aspects of off-property advertising collateral from inception to completion. Maintainorganized production records and ensure compliance: Keep files of completed jobs and adhere to all relevant regulations and company policies.Qualifications A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.◦ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or equivalent experience.◦ Proven creativity and conceptualization skills for creating engaging marketing and advertising content.◦ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud and Microsoft Office.◦ Strong project management and organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple deadlines.◦ Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.◦ Keen attention to detail.◦ Capability to analyze marketing data to inform strategies.
