Bauer Entertainment Marketing is seeking an Ad Ops Specialist to execute, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across digital and traditional platforms for our music, sports, and entertainment clients. The Ad Ops Specialist will also compile and analyze performance data, prepare clear reports, and collaborate with account managers and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals. On an ongoing basis, the Ad Ops Specialist will provide BEM with insights, observations, and actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance, streamline ad operations, and maximize client results.
