What you’ll do: • Create, manage, and optimize Google Search campaigns • Conduct keyword research focused on local + national service intent • Write and test ad copy that converts • Optimize budgets, bids, and Quality Scores • Track performance, report results, and continuously improve ROI • Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4 / Google Tag / GTM a plus) What we’re looking for: • Proven experience managing Google Ads for service-based businesses • Strong understanding of lead-gen funnels • Comfortable working independently and communicating results clearly • Bonus: experience with local services, legal, immigration, or document services
